"It's OK if you don't know what you want" is a campaign for Majorel Romania, global leader in customer experience, in order to guide candidates who do not know exactly which career path to take. The campaign was replicated in Armenia and Georgia.
We invited job seekers to take a fun personality test in order to discover what kind of activity suits them best, while spamming them with encouraging messages. Did you know that Van Gogh started painting at 27?
